At Green Day, we want you to love your sustainable fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition. We make the process simple and eco-friendly to ensure your shopping experience remains as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn items with original tags attached into the reusable shipping bag or a box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Leave your package at any authorized drop-off location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5 business days.
